DESCRIPTION:About this event\nJoin Indivisible St. Johns County for a peaceful\, nonviolent pop-up visibility action in St. Augustine to stand against ICE abuses and authoritarianism\, and in support of human rights and the rule of law.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen: Saturday\, MARCH 21\, 2026 – 10 am – 11:30 am EST Where: St. Augustine City Hall / Lightner Museum (look for the group with signs) – 75 King St. \nPlan & Safety Guidelines (please read): \nPeaceful + nonviolent event. We’re here to be visible and be heard—no intimidation\, no confrontation. If there are agitators\, ignore them. Please do not speak to them\, and encourage others to ignore them. \nDo not block sidewalks\, driveways\, or traffic. Keep pathways clear and stay aware of pedestrians/bikes. \nFollow basic de-escalation: don’t engage with hecklers; don’t argue—wave\, smile\, and refocus. The peace sign is always a good counter to a rude gesture. \nIf you feel unsafe at any time\, step away and notify an organizer. \nBring: Signs (keep them readable) Water – LOTS – It’s getting Hot! Sunblock / hat – definitely Comfortable shoes A friend or two or theree \nWhy it matters: Strength in numbers—and visibility matters.
