SUMMARY:Hands Off! Saint Augustine Fights Back
DESCRIPTION:Donald Trump and Elon Musk think this country belongs to them. We are fighting back! \nThey’re taking everything they can get their hands on—our health care\, our data\, our jobs\, our services—and daring the world to stop them. This is a crisis\, and the time to act is now. \n🚨 On Saturday\, April 5th\, we’re taking to the streets to fight back with a clear message: Hands off! 🚨 \nThis mass mobilization day is our message to the world that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies. Alongside Americans across the country\, we are marching\, rallying\, and protesting to demand a stop the chaos and build an opposition movement against the looting of our country. \nA core principle behind all Hands Off! events is a commitment to nonviolen t action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.\n \n

SUMMARY:Protect Our Parks
DESCRIPTION:Save Our Parks And Rangers – Castillo de San Marco \n\nCome out to support our rangers and national parks. We will gather at 11:00AM in front of Castillo de San Marcos\, National Monument (Park): First Amendment Area #1 – West Green exterior grounds (see image of map for location) to exercise our First Amendment rights in a sign waving public assembly to protest layoffs of federal land management staff\, funding freezes\, and rollbacks on equity and environmental justice initiatives. \nOur rangers and national parks are being affected by DOGE cuts\, which means public lands can’t be maintained\, and restrooms can’t be cleaned. This can lead to reduced hours of operation and closures. Be creative and let’s keep our message positive. Please avoid any name-calling\, obscenities and profuse language on signs. \nThe address is: Castillo de San Marcos National Monument\, 1 South Castillo Drive\, St. Augustine\, FL 32084 \nParticipants can park across the street at the Historic Downtown Parking Facility located at: 1 Cordova St\, St. Augustine\, FL 32084. Information and cost of parking can be found at: https://www.citystaug.com/502/Historic-Downtown-Parking-Facility \nDress according to the weather. Bring water\, sunscreen\, and your signs. We will have some extra signs available for those who need one. \nThis event is family friendly. No pets please. Spread the word. Let’s join together and express our First Amendment rights by defending access and conservation. Public lands belong to all of us\, and they are currently under attack! We must demand action from Congress to #ProtectPublicLands and #StopTheCuts \nPlease register here:

SUMMARY:No Kings in the USA
DESCRIPTION:Plese RSVP: https://www.mobilize.us/dashboard/indivisiblesjc/event/785279/ \nNO KINGS is a national day of action and mass mobilization in response to the increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption of the Trump administration. We’ve watched as they’ve cracked down on free speech\, detained people for their political positions\, threatened to deport American citizens\, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies. They think they rule—but we are bigger than even their worst aspirations. \n\nDonald Trump is planning a military parade in Washington\, D.C. on June 14. This display of might is intended to intimidate opponents and solidify his image as a strongman on our dime—we won’t stand by while that happens.\nInstead of allowing this military parade to be the center of gravity\, we will make action everywhere else the story of America that day: people coming together in communities across the country to reject strongman politics and corruption.\nAlongside local organizers\, partners\, and leaders from across the pro-democracy & pro-worker movement\, we will demonstrate organized people power that outpaces any authoritarian aspirations.

SUMMARY:Good Trouble Moves On
DESCRIPTION:✊🏿 Good Trouble Lives On – St. Augustine\, FL ✊🏾\nGood Trouble Lives On is a national day of action to rise up against the relentless attacks on our civil and human rights by the Trump administration and its allies. Across the country\, we’re standing together to say: in America\, power belongs to the people. \nThe phrase “Good Trouble”—coined by the late civil rights hero Congressman John Lewis—calls on all of us to take peaceful\, non-violent action in the face of injustice. It’s a rallying cry for those who believe in building a better\, more just democracy. \n📅 Join us in St. Augustine for an inspiring evening of remembrance\, resistance\, and renewal. We’ll explore lessons from the Civil Rights Era\, honor the legacy of non-violent protest\, and hear from speakers who continue that fight today. \n🗣️ Speakers – David Nolan – Bishop Stockton – Mark James \n📍 Don’t miss your chance to be part of this national movement. Show up. Speak out. Get in Good Trouble.

No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings. \nWhat began in 2025 as a single day of defiance has become a sustained national resistance to tyranny\, spreading from small towns to city centers and across every community determined to defend democracy. Our peaceful movement is bigger than ever. \nWhen our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink\, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence. \nOn March 28th\, rise up\, take to the streets\, and say it loud: no thrones\, no crowns\, no kings. We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it. Join us. \nA core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events.
